Prom should be a time for you  to cut lose and have a great time.  You don't want to be worried that your hair will fall.  With my hair designs past clients have been able to wear their updo's the next day to church.

Kathy below wanted her hair down with minumal hair pulled up.  The hair that was pulled up had texture added with curls and tweaks of ribbon.  The hair left down was sleek and curled on the end.

Amy to the right is a cowgirl through and through.  She didn't know what she wanted, just didn't want  to look to much different with all kinds of curls and "girly stuff". Amy wore her hair pulled back in a pony tail most of the time.  So, I braided her in a Five strand braid, wove pale blue ribbon in and added pearls to match her earrings.  She was very happy with her look and so was her mom.
